Shipping, freight and customs on a wholesale order

Freight is built into the way orders are priced, so there are no surprise shipping charges at the end.

Freight

Freight is included once the goods reach £1,000.00. Below that a flat £35.00 is added, so a small order still ships without a bespoke quote. The figure is applied the same way the checkout applies it.

Transit

Transit is 1 to 3 business days once an order ships, tracked, DAP, delivered in the United Kingdom, from Canada or the United States. An order ships 1 to 2 business days after cleared payment when the lines are on the shelf.

Part shipments

If a line is short when your order is paid, the desk sends what is on the shelf and quotes the balance with a date, rather than holding the whole parcel behind one line. The packing list redraws to the balance still owed.

Customs and duties

The parcel is supplied from our stock in Canada or the United States and delivered tracked under DAP; the courier collects import VAT and any duty before delivery, and they are not in the price. The desk confirms the date when it acknowledges the order.

Shortages and damage

Check the parcel on arrival. A shortage or damage is a claim within 5 business days of delivery, with the packing list and a photograph; sealed boxes are not returnable, so the claim route is how a problem is put right. The shipping page has the full terms.
